Signature Apparel Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Signature Apparel, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free exchanges or store credit.

Exchange & Credit Window

Customers have 15 days from the date of receiving the product to request an exchange or store credit. After this period, we unfortunately cannot process any exchanges or credit requests.

Eligibility for Exchange or Credit

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • All tags must remain attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for exchange or credit.

How to Start an Exchange

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for your request.

Shipping Your Exchange

Once your exchange request is approved, please send your item(s) to the following address:

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your exchange or credit.

  • Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped promptly.

  • Approved store credits will be issued in the form of a Signature Apparel store credit code that can be used on any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as undergarments or final sale items) may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check product details before purchasing
